An Awesome View of Life

This is my Dad.   He's not so young anymore.   But neither am I. He doesn't get around like he used to.  But neither do I. He falls asleep sitting in his chair in the middle of the day.  But so do I. He thinks time is moving too slow. But also too fast.   And so do I.

At an angle... What I love about this photo is my Dad's reflection in the upper right hand corner.  I shot this one in black and white as well but didn't capture the reflection. This is Friday, September 4th's photo.

Son!  Where are you? This daddy cardinal was doing his best to chill and let his baby do its thing.  He kept his distance but kept chirping and hopping to keep his little one in sight. This is Monday, June 22nd's photo.

Dad? A perfect day for ice fishing, IF you like that kind of thing.  (: Curious what son is saying/asking Dad? This is on Lake Cenaiko in the Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park.  Pretty day at the park.
