Day 212 (577)

Straight Up One of my favorite places for lunch in New Ulm is  Lola's .  The combination of the periwinkle tin ceiling, brick walls, art, track lights and the shrubbery make for some unusual photo ops.  And as we all know the more unusual the happier I am.  (: For this shot I just set my camera on its back and shot blind.  Sometimes the best way to shoot. I'm just about out of good photos from my trip to New Ulm so I need to get my act together and start shooting something new that is good.

Straight Up...   Today I spent time learning something new with my camera. Since I haven't mastered it yet I am posting my favorite photo from yesterday.   This was taken with my camera pointing straight up.  I worked for the company that managed the blue building.  Wonderful memories of my first job in the big city.  Then I watched the building on the bottom being built while working in the building on the top.  Great memories of watching the construction workers on our lunch hour.  ha!
