Day 178, Year 3 (908)

Crazy. Lazy. I worked so hard this week.  I worked a bit this morning and then did nothing.  I took a nap.  I wandered and looked at my yard work that needed to be done.  I thought of grabbing my camera at least a dozen times but just too lazy... This is a photo from last week's trip into the city.  Love the bit of my reflection in this tin ceiling. This is Saturday, June 27th's photo.

Day 191 (556)

Crazy, busy... Busy, busy day of sewing.  I'm trying to be ready to go out of town for a few days so need to keep my nose to the grindstone.  So you poor people who follow my blog are stuck once again with a photo of the flowers in my yard. The best part of doing totally mundane sewing is it gives me time to think.  I have a thought about a fun photo project which I may have time to work on once my class reunion is over.  I'm posting a request for some help with this idea but I think I got most of it figured out on my own.

Day 132 (497)

Are most artists slightly mad? Or just more brilliant?  ha! Periwinkle yarn draped over a clamp light was the photo op for tonight.  I laughed the entire time I was doing this.  Draping and re-draping.  Adjusting the light.  Moving from one side to the other.  Taking a total of 25 photos of yarn draped over a light.  Mostly I laughed because if anyone saw me doing this they would for sure think I was crazy.  (:  But it was fun to do.  Since I had a busy, busy day and it was raining once again I had to come with something, right?

A few loose screws or just crazy...   I'm pretty sure my neighbors who don't know about my photo project think I'm crazy.  Today I sat on my driveway with no shoes or coat taking various shots of the gate on our privacy fence.  I'm sure I was carrying on some sort of conversation with myself as well.   This was taken in black and white with the selective color option on my camera.  I got exactly the amount of green moss I wanted in this photo.  Love this setting on my camera.
