Day 28, Year 3 (758)

Can you hear... the ocean waves?  This is a black and white shot of one of my many bowls of sea shells.  I love the lighting/shadowing in this photo. I seriously need to get out of this house even for an hour or two to get some outdoor photos.  I don't think I've left the house since Sunday!  Hmmm...

Day 310 (675)

Speared The lighting in this photo is perfect.  Shadow on one side and light on the other.  I didn't realize the leaf was actually speared not part of the branch until I downloaded the photo.

Mission Accomplished...   This grove of trees has been on my list of things to photograph since beginning this photo journal.  These trees line the driveway of the resort I am at in Wisconsin.  The photo I had envisioned would be taken late in the day with the light filtering through the trees - some light, some shadow.  The day started with freezing rain which turned to a hard steady rain.  When the sun finally came out I grabbed my camera and got exactly the photo I had in mind.

Snow and shadows...   As I continue to do this 365Project I am finding I see light and shadows everywhere. I knew this was going to be my favorite even before I took the photo.  ha!
