An Awesome View of Life

Creatively.  Strange.  This isn't exactly what I had in mind when I got started but I LOVE the end results.  The black and white version and the blue version are my favorites but I really couldn't decide which one to post so I posted all SIX versions of my awesome creation.  (: After I uploaded these photos I told my hubby he was married to one very strange but very creative woman!  He just di d his usual chuckle and shook his head at my photos.   Fun! Fun! Fun! ha! Selective. Red. Selective. Yellow.   Selective. Green. Selective. Blue. Full. Color.

Crimson Rain A beautiful rainy day here in Minnesota today.  On my way out to the mailbox I spotted this beautiful leaf.  I love the little drips on the stem. Fall is my favorite time of year.  I love rainy days. And I love the color red.  

Sprinkled Details The sprinklers were on in the front yard as the sun was setting tonight.  What drew me out there was the flash of rainbow colors as the spray of water went through a narrow patch of sunlight.  But when I looked around there were so many things to capture. The detail that drew me to this particular scene was the red reflection on the cement.  My daughter's car is the reflection.  The dripping branch, the yellow leaves, the fine little cobweb and the spray from the sprinkler are the finer details of the photo.  Another photo that makes me smile.  And that is always good.

Heaven above. My favorite color of fall.  My favorite color in life.  The color of my aura.  This color makes me happy.

Favorite color Today's photo challenge. When your favorite color is red and your name is pronounced "Cherry" this would be the ONLY logical photo for today's challenge.  (: This is the infamous Spoonbridge and Cherry .  The first photo was taken with a selective color setting. Since it was cloudy not much of the red showed in the photo.  Which makes it pretty cool.  I love how there is a red car on the street and also a tail light on another car that can be seen. I couldn't decide which photo was my favorite so... Which is your favorite? Reflective Art An awesome Red Green moment?

  Personality traits...   When we remodeled our kitchen I found the perfect light for above our sink.  Our electrician finished wiring the kitchen and hanging all of our light fixtures while we were away for the evening.  When we came home ONE light was left on. This one. He later told me he left the one light on that totally reflected my personality.  ha!  Above is a cropped version of the light. It looks like some kind of weird alien?? Below is a not so good photo of the whole light. Just so you know what it really looks like.     

  Learning curve...   Practice makes perfect?  This photo is me attempting to learn more about my camera.  It has all of these wonderful settings, most of which still mean nothing to me.  It took about 20 shots to get a handful of clear photos.  What I love about this photo is the reflection of the ring, especially the gold from the inside of the ring.  Also the red at the very top which was a blanket on a chair a few feet away.
