An Awesome View of Life

Perfect... A perfect day with my daughters.  We spent the morning at Hair.e.tic getting hair done.  Theirs' not mine.  Lunch. Then a couple of hours at Como Zoo and Conservatory.   It was very tropical inside today.  (: It was a wonderful change of pace from the mountains of snow and cold wind outside. I took about 100 photos today, 25 which are worthy of posting.  They will be used as I can in the next few days or weeks. Hoping winter doesn't last too much longer.  These are one of my favorite flowers.  They always remind me of my Grandma's gardens in Sioux Falls. 

  Reflections...   Today we had another major snowstorm.  It started snowing yesterday and snowed all the way through the majority of today.  I did take some snow photos today but I just can't bring myself to share yet another snow photo.  This photo was taken at the Como Zoo and Conservatory last month.  What I love about this photo is the fact that the reflection is what is in focus not the actual plants.  Enjoy.  Remember spring IS just around the corner.

  A little more of the tropics...   Yesterday's trip to the Como Zoo and Conservatory produced an abundance of awesome photos. (If I may say so myself).  Today's wind and cold temperatures kept me inside working hard.  I truly feel it is a waste to not share all of the great photos I take.
