Momma Robin... This robin's nest is right outside the window where my big sewing machine is. We should be able to see the babies once they hatch.

1881 Diary... This diary belongs to my great-great grandmother Catherine Stickle Langdon. At the time she was living near Manchester, WI. She was 52 years old. Erwin, Herbert and Oscar are her children. Jennie is a hired helper. Herbert is my great-grandfather. November, Tuesday 22, 1881 Nice day. I washed and cleaned my bedroom. Erwin went to Randolph Station and to see Jennie. Herbert and Oscar brought in wood and piled it up and helped me some. Mr. S. Staples came here to see the lambs. November, Wednesday 23, 1881 Cloudy and blowed quite hard and snowed some. I ironed and cleaned the middle room. Erwin went to town and Mrs. MacDonald's and got a quarter of beef. Herbert killed a turkey for dinner tomorrow. Mr. Walker came here tonight looking after some lambs.

Need a little sunshine... We need some sunshine so I can get the rest of this flower bed weeded. And the lawn needs to be mowed. :-) Photos a little blurry but it was raining and I was in a hurry.

Workspace... This is my workspace for my business. At least a part of it. The photo on the right is of my daughters. It was taken about 18 years ago. Other highlights -- my portable DVD player and speakers to the right and my awesome wall unit stereo on the left. I also love the undershelf light. It gives great light when you want to sit in the dark without sitting in the dark. ha!

A bit of bling... For the past many days I have been working on new bling designs for my women's suits. This is a little peek at the design I finished up today. Also, we just added two new competition suits to our website cherrybombs.net.

My favorite... hosta. I can't wait for the first rainy night once these are big. Rain falling on them makes the best sound to fall asleep to. Today is the first day I did NOT take any photos since the beginning of my 365 Project. It was a crazy busy day moving our youngest daughter home from college. Taking photos just never crossed my mind whatsoever today. This makes me very sad.

Glass Garden Mushrooms... This idea was posted on Facebook earlier this week. I hit the thrift store today and found these wonderful vases, bowls and candle holders. One vase is broken already but its still pretty. The idea on FB showed these garden mushrooms all in clear glass. I knew if I saw ANY colored glass I would have to have it. Love the lighting in this photo as well. I kept taking pictures until the light was perfect. They may need to be arranged differently(again). We'll see. ha!

3 Generations of Winter Angels... This was taken at our recent Winters Reunion. My Daddy, my oldest daughter Mandi and me. I'm not sure if I've ever explained why my family are Winter Angels or not. My paternal Grandmother's maiden name is Winters. My maiden name is Engel which means Angel in German. Thus we are Winter Angels.

Family... Today I got to be part of an awesome day. We had a reunion for the Winters family. This would be my paternal Grandma's family. The above photo is my Dad (back center) and 12 of his 17 living cousins! There were so many funny moments today. The best is how much those "boys" in the back row look alike. And the other was how the "girl" cousins called my Dad Billy and how much it annoyed him. ha! Family reunions always amaze me. Most of us attending have never met each other before today yet it felt like we had always known each other. We share a family history and that makes us familiar. I am blessed and oh so privileged to be part of this wonderful family!
