Sunrise Gratitude

This is one of my favorite photos from our most recent stay in Florida.  This young woman had a sunrise routine which consisted of yoga on the beach and wading into the ocean for a quick swim.  As she left the beach she would raise her hand.  I believe she was giving thanks to the Universe for another day.

Each sunrise I was grateful for being there on the beach to see such a beautiful gift from the Universe. Gratitude is the key to a happy life.  If you can't be grateful for what you do have you don't deserve anything more.
